I have removed the skirting board and I need to run a 2.5 wire(full three colour) behind the skirting board. I will put the wire in the gap between the existing wooden floorbed and the masonry wall(there is a 1 inch gap there.) eventually I will put a laminate floor which is not going to touch the wires by any means. Is it safe?according to my other question(on my profile you can find that) regarding the wiring legitimacy, I am quite that it is not against the part p! but all comments are welcome mates!
another detail! It is in second floor and I dont think that the gap is suitable either for mice or for midgets!;) pls let me know if there is specific regulations regarding floorboards and wires and skirting!
