I brought some laminate flooring from wickes which was delivered to the house, it turned out to be faulty - it had been machined out of square so if laid there wouold be gaps and water ingress and be visually unacceptable, i rang wickes customer services, and arranged for it to be picked up last thursday, no one came, so arranged it for saturday, no on came, so finally rang the carriers wickes use - express dispatch and arranged it to be picked up yesterday, no one turned up, so now i have had 3 days off work loosing £150 in wages, Wickes have refunded the money for the flooring back onto my card, so if they dont collect it on friday can i just dispose of the flooring myself? would they be able to take the money back of my card again? thanks.
