I contracted a so called 'professional' to put laminated flooring in my house. Now, the noise is still here and there is a lot of parts where is moving up and down. It is really bad. The cowboy who did the work disappeared.
Is it possible to get this repaired or do I have to change the whole flooring again? The situation is only getting worse, I have to say.
