I have just bought a new divan bed set, which I love, but it comes with castors which I don't like as it means the bed slips around on my laminate floor.I want my bed to remain solid and unmoving on my floor. I was thinking of removing the castors and letting the base of the divan sit on the floor but I am afraid it will mark the floor. I have heard of castor cups but how do you use them(do they go over the castors) and are they the most effective at no slippage? Also is there any harm in letting the divan base touch the floor?
