my friend had just found out that The owner of her house haS told her that at then end of her tenancy at end of march she has to move out because she wants to move in. So she has 6 weeks to find somewhere for her and her children to live . when she first moved in the house was a complete dump and it had no wallpaper etc on the walls . my friend has decorated throughout and has also laid laminate flooring etc in every room . I think however that this is the reason the landlord wants to move back into the house as my friend has made such a nice job of doing it out . the tenancy was however only a 6 month contract to start, but after the 6 month if she didnt wreck the house then the contract was to be extended. how does squatters rights work and could she claim squatters rights over the house . We do live in the u.k as i know some countries have different laws about this .. any help would be greatly appreciated
