Hi ive recently got a new washing machine and found it was rattling around quite abit seemed to vibrate everything. Ive had it out changed the leg stands up and down but to no evail it still seems to vibrate quite abit, im thinking it could be the laminate flooring. What ive noticed now tho is that because of the constant vibration it has forced my worktop from the wall, i have a crack running up my stairs that was never there, Three cracks have appeared in my toilet which is directly above and one in my bedroom, This has to be from the washing machine vibrating...
Does anyone know if this is covered by insurance or what the best idea solution to the problem is ie. new floor? and who am i best to contact about the damage?
