for years i have suffered with an off balance feeling,vision disturbance (the only way i can describe is like an old western)the vision thing makes the off balance type feeling worse,as does laminate flooring (walking on)bright lights,colds and lack of sleep.i have had every test,blood etc,and its all normal.i now find when i twist or turn my torso in any way,i get lightheaded for a short time,even doing a u-turn in the car makes me lightheaded,or even opening a door (when the wind off the door opening knocks me off keel.my back is very tense down the sides and even that makes me lightheaded when i sway left to right or other way round,please help it is ruining my life
