I have my first female dog and she is in season, I have only had her 2 weeks so thats why she isnt spayed!!!
she is a shih tzu bitch and has long hair so the blood is going down over her fur and legs,
I want to bath her and clip her fur but I was told i shouldnt bath her whilst she is in season,
is it ok to bath her and clip her or should I just leave her till her heat has finished?
also i havent been allowing her on the furniture for this reason, I have laminate flooring down so can easily clean mess off the floor, but i was told again she should be confined till its over, i this true or is she ok to be left on the floor (with her basket of course),
if anyone can think of anything else that might be useful whilst on heat please let me know! thanks in advance
