I am 24 and am doing a bit of redecorating.
My room is all pinks and lilacs at the moment, and while I still want to keep a bit of colour around, I want to give it a more grown up feel. (It hasn't been done up for ages, so it's got shapes/hearts on my wall at the moment).
I was thinking of simply painting 3 of my walls cream, and doing one feature wall in a hot/shocking pink colour. What do you think? I have pink bedcovers and various other accessories along with a silver bed frame and laminate floor. What do you think?
Also, I am currently in the process of scraping the paper off, which has been painted over. I managed to start off at a bit near my radiator, where the paper was coming away. Will it be any easier now that I have an edge that I can get my scraper in behind? I am also going to borrow a steam cleaner.
