after a flood i was given a mandate to replace 50 sq metres of laminate flooring , however floors 2 go were charging close to 1100 pound for fitting , mandate was for only 1400 pound, ,i got onto independent inspections who assessed the cost of fitting , they allocated only 240 pound for fitting , aroung 6 pound per sq metre , all other fitters reckon 10 pound per sq metre as normal , insurance company will not accept this and will not help in fitting flooring above 240 pound , i now have boxes of flooring in my home with no one to lay it down for 240 pound , i feel completely let down by direct line , uk assistance , and independent inspections ,
