There is a 1 inch gap between the laminate flooring and the skirting board in our hallway. I know there should be a small space from the wall and the edge of the laminate flooring but even our surveyor said the gap was excessive and the floor was most likely laid by novices. Can I just extend the flooring or do I need to replace it all? We've just bought the house and don't want to incur the cost of replacing the whole floor unless neccessary.
I don't know what that is but I don't have anything in relation to the floor.
