I bought a laminate floor and had it laid in May last year and because it was badly fitted it is now causing a few problems. I reported the problems to the owner of the shop where I bought the wood from and he called round to inspect the laminate and said he would refund me the full price of what I had paid for the laminate and fitting or he would supply me again with the laminate and would pay me the cost of what I had paid for his fitter.I asked him if he would replace the underlay and he said the underlay would not need replacing as it was only laid in May. Is this correct?? I am not quite sure of what I should do, should I take a full refund or buy the laminate from him again.
Any advice would be appreciated
