I have just moved into a flat that has had laminate flooring recently put in. Over the past couple of weeks the ends of each piece have slightly swelled up and now a clear and smelly fluid is seeping out. I have sent my new property manager an email and she asked if I had any holiday booked soon so she could dort it out.
Does anyone know what's going on? I'd like an idea before I see the property manager in person. And since this looks to be a big job and the flat smells disgusting is there anything I can demand?
