Can someone please tell me how much I would be approx. charged to put down 7 pieces of laminate flooring.
To cut a long story short we had a gas fire fitted last Friday but the following day we had to remove some of the skirting board and take up some of the floor because there was a gas leak. As the fitter never checked the gas before he left.
The fire shop said they would pay the costs for the floor fitter to come back & replace the floor but he let us down & never turned up so my husband managed to do it this morning. But I still want to give the shop a bill for the inconvenience it has caused as we have been told it was only due to the air flow underneath the floor that the whole house didn't go up.
