My tv broke Friday just gone, and I was speaking with my mum about it and she said that I could take one of the spare television she has. She has 4 television's just sitting in the cupboard.
Well today when I rang to make sure my mum was in she said "oh you can't have the television any more as I want it" When I asked her about taking one of the other television she had in her cupboard she quite rudely snapped back "It's not your business and I don't have to answer your question" and hung up on me. I rang her back and asked her why not and she said if i give her £40 I can have one. I don't have £40 to spare.
When I spoke to her on Sunday she offered me a television free. I never asked to have one. But now I am sooo angry about it. I can't bear to be around her no more. I just keep thinking back to all the things i have done for her. The laminate flooring I got for her when she moved into her new place. FREE! All the things I do for her. She is terminally ill and I am her main carer. And I take her shopping and appointments at my own expense. I get no help with petrol or travel costs. And I have to pay for both of us as my mum is always saying she has no money.
The thing that is making me even more angry with her is if she needs any thing it'll arrive a few days later brand new, still in the packaging paid for by the government. She gets more money in a month then I do working. And there's me struggling to make ends meet not even able to afford a second hand television.
I am trying very hard not to be angry with her but I'm fuming to the point where i basically want to tell her to get stuffed and refuse to help her any more. She has done this quite a few times before. Sorry I know I am ranting towards the end but I'm sick of her selfish ways.
