The paint splashes appear to have been there for some time before my daughter moved in. She has tried proprietary cleaners & 'white spirit' but they have not removed them. I do not know if the flooring is wood based or a vinyl photo print. Any help would be appreciated
To John Pd & Her Devil, Unfortunately Goof Off is not sold in the UK. I've just had a look at their web site & it may be the stuff I need. Failing that we are going to try the bosses (wife) steam cleaner to soften it so it can be removed with kitchen paper
