The laminate floor in our kitchen is about 15 years old and has become very worn in the patches where people walk. I just tried to varnish it which is a disaster as the varnish has pooled. It looks awful and will have to be stripped off. Maybe I shouldn't have varnished it. Any ideas for what to do with an old laminate floor? We can't afford to replace it.
