we have been living in our current flat for nearly 5 years and the laminated floor looks partially damaged as we left the window open while it was raining:( so obviously the floor soaked up the water and that lifted up the laminate...As that happened a long time ago it doesn't look horrible and it is just underneath the window but you can see it doesn't look as good as it was when we moved in. I was thinking whether there is something like an depreciation for floors, walls etc especially when you live such a long time in a flat. Anyone can help me???
