hi both me and my mom brought laminate flooring and had it fitted from a local flooring shop we have it in both our homes....we have had it down for a couple of months an noticed that the joins have started to come up a little an look bubbley my mom has been back to the shop an they came out after keep contacting them they said it might be water damage from a leak but my mom hasnt had a leak they said its probley from mopping the floor or her dog weeing on the floor they was finding excuses my moms dog has never wee'd in her house and wen she cleans the floor its with a damp mop we have had laminate flooring down for years never had this problem...can you help please who can i get intouch with can trading standards help??
