I live in a rented flat. The bathroom has laminate flooring and a small window and gets very cold in winter (not usually above 13 celcius.) The towel rail gets very hot (it can actually burn) but doesn't seem to heat the room. I can't face another chilly winter and want to find a solution. Could the towel rail be replaced with a radiator easily? Would a radiator heat the room better than the towel rail? Help please!
