Im moving out of my flat shortly within the next week and i am just woundering will i be liable for general wear and tear of the flat and by general wear and tear i mean a few small marks on the wall i have got most of them off and there not big at all and is nothing a lick of paint wont cover really also i had a picture up and have covered the holes in polly filla and it isnt very noticable really as the walls are a light magnolia colour and the polly filla is white and near the ceiling there is also a few tiny scratched on the laminate flooring and by tiny i mean like hair line scratches that are vertually impossible to see unless your on your hands and knees and also a rug in the flat with a few tiny marks on i just dont want to loose my deposit nothing is very major really and nothing is very noticable
