Ok, this is going to be a strange question and possibly a confusing one. I have 2 dogs.. 6 year old female lab... 8 month old male lab. 6 year old female has always had problems with her anal glands and recently had them released by a vet.. we also recently adopted the male lab. Around this time I started noticing yellow spots on my laminate floor that when wiped up are thick and somewhat fishy smelling. Initially I thought the yellow spots were coming from my female dogs glands however I know what full anal glands smell like and what the fluid looks like and this looks more like urine. So now I'm starting to think it's from the male lab because I've noticed after he's been licking his nether region his breath smells fishy.. could he have a urinary tract infection? I am almost positive now that the yellow spots are coming from him.. but he drinks normally, eats normally, isn't anywhere near lethargic and doesn't appear to be in any pain while urinating. Any helpful suggestions as to what this could be?
