This question is based ONLY on laminate flooring and not Hardwood or any other type of flooring. Does the Laminate need to climatise in the room prior to installation and if so does it matter if the room has ever been heated or not. Its a new house and there is no heating yet! Can I install the flooring before the heat is turned on?
