I do a lot of dancing, like 4 -5 times a week, usually on just a plain laminate floor which isnt specifically designed for dancing so isn't springy or anything. I do a lot of harsh jumps and land dead on my feet, i only wear plain black jazz shoes, so not much support there either. A while ago my shins started to hurt, it feels as though the bone in my shin is about to snap in the middle and is pushing on the skin at the front of my leg. Then they both started to do it and it hurts when i run on a tredmill or when i sit and cross one leg over the other that is when it hurts the most etc, just wondering if this is what i have? thanks
