We are buying a flat with wallpaper and laminate floor throughout which requires a complete rewire. How much damage should we expect to walls/floors? Is the current laminate flooring re-usable or do we need to factor in cost of buying & laying new floor?
I assume we will need to replaster the walls after - will we have to remove wallpaper ourselves in advance or would the plasterer factor that in? Thanks.
