ive got a back boiler situated in my lounge with a wall mounted fire on the fire breast.
it is in need of a service last one was 2 years ago.ive booked a plumber but he keeps stalling the service.
im worried as we are now using it daily but ive noticed small soot deposits on my new laminate floor underneath the fire,i dont use the wall mounted fire just the central heating, there is a blue pilot flame, that goes to blue at the base and yellow at the top when its being fired up by the stystem,
i know ultimatly i need it serviced but as i have kids im worried about it any advice please from plumbers.
also it keeps resisting firing up everynow and then .
