My boy is 19 weeks 2day and moves about all the time. He sleeps in his cot and has always wriggled lots since he was born so was in a baby sleepbag since he was 2 weeks old. in his cot i put him up the top because the cot bumper is there, and he doesnt have any additional covers over him. when i go in to him he is either lying sideways with his feet up on the cot bumper and he needs to bend his legs as he is too big to lie this way. the other day we went in and he had totally moved 360 degree and had his feet up on the head of the cot. His baby sensor mat for his baby monitor constantly sets off false alarms as he has moved so much he is away from the sensor mat! when he was just 1 week old i used to swaddle him and them tuck a cover over him and he got out of this. he is a very active baby and when he is under his play gym he moves about it and actually gets off the mat onto our rug and past that onto the laminate flooring nothing seems to keep him still - any advice?
