Last week we had heavy rain and our flat roof started leaking. The flat roof had been declared to the insurance company and was included in the policy(AXA). The laminate flooring has been damaged and the ceiling is hanging down slightly. A surveyor came round on monday and has since sent a letter saying they won't repair as it is wear and tear?
They said the roof should be repaired by the man that redid the roof which was 3 years ago. The man that did the roof moved to Scotland so have no way of contacting him.
Any help would be great
